Pam was amazing. We were selling my family's river house. I live in Colorado. As a result, she had to help coordinate a lot of details involved with getting the property ready to sell. I also have older parents who are not very tech-savvy. She helped with all of that too. She is a problem solver, a go-getter and a smart negotiator. She is the kind of pro you want in your corner if you are selling a home in the Northern Neck area. I don't usually give recommendations. But I wholeheartedly endorse her as a pro who will help you sell your property and get a great offer for it.

We had been trying to sell our waterfront lot for several years before contracting with Pam. Once we got her on our team, she worked tirelessly to make sure the right potential buyers were aware of our lot and to keep us informed about the prospects. When we got a good offer at our asking price, she expertly led us through the process to consummate the sale. Plus, she was always available to answer our questions, and always pleasant to talk with.

Pam did a great job selling our house! She is very familiar with Northern Neck and made recommendations and listened to our needs. There were a few modernizing issues as the house was passed down to our family and we were unsure of which upgrades and improvements to implement. Pam has access to contractors and tradesmen, so with her ideas and people we were quickly able to fix it up and get it on the market. This house had been on and off sale in previous years but this time it SOLD!! We had two offers in the first few days of listing it!!
